To make sure we understand your pet’s needs from the start, we ask every new client to complete our New Client Form. This form gives us important details about:

Your pet’s personality and routine: favorite activities, quirks, and any special instructions.
Health and safety information: medications, allergies, or sensitivities we should be aware of.
Services you’re interested in: whether it’s daily dog walks, cat drop‑in visits, or training support.

Filling out the form helps us tailor our care and staff to your pet and ensures we’re prepared before the first visit. It’s a simple step that sets the foundation for a smooth, stress‑free experience.

Initial Meet & Greets

After our initial conversation, we’ll arrange a meet and greet at your home. A member of our leadership team will join you for about 20–30 minutes to get to know your pet and talk through your expectations. This visit is an important part of building trust and making sure everyone feels comfortable before care begins.

We take time to move at your pet’s pace, using a calm and friendly approach so they feel safe in their own environment. For dogs, we may include a short introductory walk to observe leash manners, walking style, and any cues we should be aware of. For cats, we’ll spend time learning their comfort zones, routines, and preferred spaces.

During this visit, we’ll also ask you to show us the essentials:

Leash, harness, or collar location
Where food, treats, and medications are stored
Cleaning supplies for accidents
Waste or litter disposal areas

You will also have the chance to ask any questions and go over how everything will work.
